Help me, please!

Okay, everyone, here's your chance! I need your help! I need input about an ad I'll be placing in a local bridal guide and have come up with a few versions. I want to hear what your favorite is, and what sort of additional things you would look for or change. Please leave a comment or send me an email letting me know your choice...it doesn't matter who you are, I want to hear it! What do you think about the borders? Photo choice? Black and white or color? (The one with the flowers has very vibrant colors) Tell me what you think please!

Some much needed travel

As of 3:30 Friday, I'm on vacation! This is the only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to our spring traveling and we haven't really gone too far since July, so I'm really looking forward to this! I still will have phone/email access, so feel free to contact me if you need to.

I'll be posting photos when I return on the 30th. Be on the lookout for Hunter Mountain, New York City, and Darryl + Melissa's wedding in NJ!

Catherine

Another senior rep from EC Glass! Catherine, her (hilarious) mom, and I did a short tour of downtown Lynchburg, and I love the bright colors we were able to find. They made for some edgy, urban pictures that totally fit Catherine's look. Check out her eyes!

Holly, Part Two

Back in the fall, I traveled to Richmond to get some fun shots of my sister in her wedding gown, just enjoying a day at the river. Well, six months and another dress later (and with two months until the wedding), I went back to get more "official" portraits. Can I just say I am in love with her dress, perhaps as much as I loved my own? It is gorgeous! Anyway, here you go...

Holly definitely has connections with cool locations. Last time it was the river and now it was a field of daffodils just coming into bloom. I loved it as soon as I saw it!

This one is in the running for one of my upcoming ads!

Okay, this was supposed to be a shot of these shoes that Holly absolutely adores, but I like the casual, laidback feel of the image...nevermind the sparkly shoes!

Guest list, check...dj, check...dress (finally!), check. She's ready, Phil!

Jeremy + Allison

As I was sorting through the images from Jeremy and Allison's wedding on Saturday, I noticed the beautiful details from the day and pulled a few of those to show you all. The green and orange reminded me that spring is right around the corner! These two are such a sweet couple~thank you guys for letting me be a part of your day!

Here is Ray, a little guy I photographed about 6 months ago, right after he was born. We took advantage of a beautiful day to get some pictures outside.

My new favorite...how can you not love this? It just makes me laugh.

Look at that face! I guess Ray is wanting some love too.

Let me explain this one a bit. We were trying to recreate one of Ray's newborn portraits, but instead he decided it was snack time.

And, I'm done...
