Misjuns: Family {Lynchburg Family Photographer}
Look at this cutie pie! I met ten-month old Morgan and her mom and dad at a local park on Sunday...and did we ever get lucky with gorgeous weather. I had a great time getting to know this family, comparing baby notes, and being there for Morgan's first Cheerios snack! Here's their sneak peek~

Delaney: Five Months {Lynchburg Baby Photographer}
Street: Family {Lynchburg Family Photographer}
This has got to be one of the cutest families ever. I met Nelson and his mom and dad up on the Parkway this past weekend, and we managed to stay dry on the dreary Halloween morning. Nelson was all over the place, enjoying the fallen leaves and the new surroundings.

Collins: Family {Lynchburg Family Photographer}
Take a look at this good-looking group of ladies! When Melissa told me she wanted some fun portraits with her three daughters, Jessica, Lindsey, and Hannah, I knew that downtown was the place to go. We got some funky shots...here's a peek~

Brett: Senior {Lynchburg Senior Photographer}
This is Brett, a senior at Virginia Episcopal School here in Lynchburg. She wanted to document her senior year by getting some shots at the Old City Cemetery, so we used the cloudy day to our advantage and got some great shots. I really enjoyed getting to know Brett, especially since I had a session with her twin sister not too long ago. Take a look~

Kevin + Kara: Married {Richmond Wedding Photographer}
Last week I had the opportunity to shoot at the beautiful Wallace Manor in New Kent County. Kevin and Kara had planned a festive evening complete with fabulous details, great dancing, and just an all-around fun time.
Putting the finishing touches on...

Jennifer: Senior {Lynchburg Senior Photographer}
Really, how do I get all the gorgeous seniors? These girls just know how to relax in front of the camera, and the lens eats them up! Meet Jennifer...

This EC Glass soccer player had several great looks for our shoot yesterday evening. We were both thankful for the cool breeze as Jennifer and I carried on...any excuse to act like a teenager again. The poor girl endured horror stories about all of my previous cars, but they got her laughing!

Robyn: Business + Pleasure
Not only is Robyn the mom of a great friend of mine, she is owner of It's All About You Event Management. She asked if we could get some headshots for her website, plus a few candids of her and beloved pooch, Oskar. We had a gorgeous morning, and Oskar was nothing but playful and well-behaved! Take a look...

Jadon: Newborn {Lynchburg Newborn Photographer}
I had an amazing opportunity last week to witness the gift of adoption. Little Jadon, just two weeks old, was placed with a wonderful family through the Godparent Home here in Lynchburg. It was a privilege to document such a momentous occasion in the life of this family, and to see the joy that one tiny little boy can bring.

Alexis + Harrison: Family Time {Richmond Family Photographer}
I love shooting these two kids! I first met them last year about this time, but since they live in the Richmond area, we have to make do with the few sessions we get. I was planning a visit to my sister last weekend when Alexis and Harrison's mom found out and asked if I could squeeze them in. Of course I could!
The weather had other plans for us though. We had originally decided on Maymont (if you've never been there, GO!) but found out a half-marathon would be starting about the same time as our session. Then we agreed to meet in Carytown...until the rain began just as I was arriving. A quick call was made to The Jefferson Hotel in downtown Richmond, an incredibly generous lady answered the phone, and we ended up shooting around the beautiful property. Normally The Jefferson charges a huge fee for even shooting outside the building, but apparently the lady felt sorry for us and all of our runied plans and gave us permission to use the hotel and property, gratis!
Miss Fashion Queen Lexi~she loved this outfit and the furry boots she had on so much, she wanted to wear them to an afternoon birthday party. She didn't quite understand that it wasn't yet cold enough for them!

Harrison has grown and changed so much in the past year! I couldn't get over how fast he was on his feet and his gorgeous locks. Please pray for this little guy...he's got some medical issues going on right now that are baffling the doctors.

This one melts my heart, and I think it will for Alexis and Harrison's mom too...
